Full Moon Eclipse Sept 2006

I'm delighed to relate that the agony(largely crampy) I'm experiencing is due to the cosmic event (see title) that is just passing now. Whew. I've never experienced this to quite the same degree...

And my little obsessive fantasy life (the tarot/horoscope sites are all tsk tsk and shaking their heads)has been dangerously close to the surface this week --and it's back to school week, just to add to the misery.

I'm astounded that I can actually spend so much time dwelling on a relationship I don't have with someone I don't know (ok, I guess I know him better than, say, Russel Crowe, in that I've actually met him and he'd know who I was if someone mentioned my name).

Idiotically enough, there is another person I've never met, with whom I work via email: he submits content to the site for a pr firm. From his bio, he's a parent and married. From his chat, he's a bit of a weinie, and he has an 'unprofessional'interest in me. He's not good looking, either, which is...well, sad for me, I guess :/
I pretty much shut him down, but that's just for now...It's freaky: it was almost like he was just seeing how far this would go...ikky. shudder. not so nice, all in all. He did send me some more content today: perhaps he clicked into the being nice/not worth it line I was just about to step over.

I, natually, morphed that into a delicious rescue fantasy, with the dashing young man meeting me at the coffee shop where I've just spent an 1 1/2 listening to this guy go on about nothing in particular. We chat briefly in French, me: Let's go soon. Him: Yup! Me: five minutes? you say we have a reservation somewhere...

Then I gushingly introduce him to the weinie, and he says: we have to go in five to make the reservation (en Anglais). And we say good bye, nice to have met you, and then jump into a cab. I say: thanks, and reach over and gently squeeze his leg just above the knee. And then I look at him and blush, take my hand away and watch the buildings whizz by.

Minutes pass, the cab stops and we get out, and wordlessly I follow him into the apartment building, up to the floor, and to the door, where I glance at him and smile and he smiles and opens the door, takes my hand leads me in, closes the door and bends over and kisses me, still holding my hand, and gently touching my hair just around my ear with the other hand.
